MINDFULNESS TEACHER QUALIFICATION

I qualified as a mindfulness teacher with Mindfulness Now in August 2021. Since then, I've delivered mindfulness sessions with teams, teaching about the application of mindfulness attitudes and meditations to build resilience in stressful situations at work. 

I teach mindfulness in a supportive way so that beginners can grow their confidence to apply mindfulness in their at home and at work, accessing the benefits of mindfulness practice whenever they need to.
